With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and market expansion, we are looking for experienced and driven Senior Sales Executives to lead our business development and sales growth efforts. Role Overview We are seeking a result-oriented sales professional with 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation , business development , and client acquisition . This role involves both remote and on-site client engagement, including occasional travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Drive business development and lead generation to expand the company’s client base across B2B and OEM segments. Identify target markets and generate high-quality sales leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and market research. Pitch products and services effectively, aligned to client needs and industry requirements. Meet prospective clients (virtually or in-person) to present customized solutions and convert leads into sales. Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business and account growth. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, technical teams) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Track and manage sales pipelines, prepare performance reports, and maintain sales data using basic MS Excel or CRM tools. Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine strategies and explore new growth opportunities. Be open to travel for business meetings, exhibitions, or client site visits as required. Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech is a plus). Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B or industrial sales. Key Skills & Attributes Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to client acquisition. Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking) and follow-up strategies. Proficient in MS Excel for sales tracking and reporting. Ability to build trust-based relationships and close high-value deals. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales techniques.
