Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the interior design industry who can handle client acquisition, project discussions, and deal closures. The ideal candidate should understand interior workflows, project costing, and client expectations across residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions

• Understand residential & commercial interior projects (homes, offices, retail)

• Present proposals, layouts, and cost estimates confidently

• Coordinate with design, execution, and vendor teams

• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly

• Update CRM / sales reports and pipeline status

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in interior design / architecture / fit-out industry

• Strong understanding of interior materials, pricing, and project lifecycle

• Experience in selling residential & commercial interior projects

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills--

• Ability to handle clients independently from first meeting to closure

• Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil (preferred, not mandatory)-

• Experience working with interior studios, turnkey firms, or real estate developers

• Self-driven, confident, and professional in client handling

• Local market knowledge of Noida / NCR is a plus
