Qualifications & Skills Required * Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering. * Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Site Manager in residential modular projects. * Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple modular interior projects. * Strong command of AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and other design/presentation tools. * Good understanding of civil, electrical, and modular work coordination. * Excellent communication and client-handling skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and design accuracy. * Two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory as the candidate is required to visit sites and attend client meetings as and when necessary.
