We blend creativity with practicality, ensuring every square foot reflects our client’s intent.Role OverviewAs a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in transforming client visions into reality. Your modular design expertise, project execution skills, and ability to communicate effectively with clients will be key to ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities* Own the end-to-end customer experience from design discussion to project handover.* Create modular designs and design solutions based on client requirements and site conditions.* Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, present design options, and incorporate feedback.* Ensure the accuracy, quality, and feasibility of all design deliverables.* Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely and seamless project delivery.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and finishes to deliver innovative solutions.* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and support the estimation team with project costing.* Drive sales closures through logical, well-presented design pitches that build client trust.* Supervise onsite work, ensuring design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.* Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.Qualifications & Skills Required* Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering.* Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Site Manager in residential modular projects.* Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple modular interior projects.* Strong command of AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and other design/presentation tools.* Good understanding of civil, electrical, and modular work coordination.* Excellent communication and client-handling skills.* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and design accuracy.* Two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory as the candidate is required to visit sites and attend client meetings as and when necessary.Behavioral Attributes* Result-oriented and proactive.* Strong sense of integrity and ethics.* Collaborative and a true team player.* Clear, concise, and confident communicator.* Always eager to learn, adapt, and drive performance within the team.Why Join Interiorwale4u?* Opportunity to work on premium residential and commercial projects.* Collaborative, creative, and growth-oriented environment.* Freedom to bring innovative design ideas to life.* Competitive compensation and performance based incentives.
