Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate) who will be responsible for handling clients, understanding their requirements, convincing them about the project, and successfully closing property deals. The candidate must have strong real estate sales experience and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for residential/commercial projects
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct site visits and project presentations
Convince clients by explaining project features, pricing, payment plans, and ROI
Negotiate terms and close sales deals independently
Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business
Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and legal teams for smooth deal closure
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and close high-value deals
Customer-centric approach with professional attitude
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Proven track record of closing property deals
Experience in residential/commercial projects
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
