Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kapurthala for the role of Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will manage day-to-day sales activities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. The role includes creating and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and develop Sales Strategies
• Skills in Communication, Presentation, and Networking
• Proficiency in using Sales Tools and CRM Software is preferred
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry is a plus
