Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion

    : Manage the complete sales cycle from identifying leads to closing deals in

  • Strategy & Execution

    : Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, identify growth opportunities, and expand the customer base.
  • Technical Support

    : Provide technical guidance to the sales team, ensuring that all proposals, presentations, and communications are aligned with the latest

    engineering technologies

    and product offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Insights

    : Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting

    : Regularly report on sales activities, targets, and progress to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to align sales strategies with technical capabilities and product offerings.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in

    Engineering

    (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). MBA is a plus.
  • Experience

    : Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in

    industrial engineering sales

  • Industry Knowledge

    : Deep knowledge of the

    Automotive

    ,

    Mechanical

    ,

    Machine Tool Sales

    , Electrical,electronics,process Equipment,Capital Equipment,engineering services,MEP,HVAC and

    Project Sales

    industries.
  • Sales Skills

    : Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales strategies, and close deals in competitive

    industrial markets

  • Technical Acumen

    : Strong understanding of

    engineering products

    and solutions, with the ability to communicate technical details to both clients and team members.
  • Leadership

    : Experience in managing teams, setting targets, and guiding them to achieve goals.
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Software

    : Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), Microsoft Office Suite, and any other relevant tools.
