Senior Sales Consultant

Earn incentives up to ₹35,000 per month! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and guide customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
• Stay updated on current inventory, upcoming models, and competitor offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and ensure high satisfaction.
• Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
• Coordinate for timely delivery and documentation.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of automobile sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Customer-first attitude with excellent closing abilities.
• Knowledge of auto financing and insurance is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and proactive under pressure.
