Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries for residential and commercial properties in and around Mulund and neighboring areas.
• Conduct site visits and property showings to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Negotiate deals and close sales transactions efficiently.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
• Maintain and update CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Stay updated on current market trends, projects, and pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• Proven experience (15 years) in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Channel Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Local area knowledge (Mulund, Bhandup, Thane, etc.) preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
