Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships by offering professional, high-quality service and technical advice. Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures for screw compressors to ensure long-term reliability. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to queries and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Documentation & Reporting: Complete service reports, detailing work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment status, and inventory of spare parts. Provide feedback to the engineering and design teams based on field observations to help improve product quality. Upgrades & Modifications: Suggest and implement system upgrades or modifications based on the latest technologies to improve compressor performance or efficiency. Provide customers with product and service recommendations to optimize compressor lifecycle and energy consumption. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: An ITI or Diploma and bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the servicing, installation, or maintenance of screw compressors or related industrial machinery. Hands-on experience with compressor systems in industries like HVAC, refrigeration, manufacturing, or oil & gas. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of screw compressor operations, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Experience with compressor fault diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs. Familiarity with service management software and diagnostic tools (e.g., Vibration analyzers, Thermography, etc.). Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and providing detailed service reports.
