Sales Manager – Air Compressor Equipment

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Air Compressor Equipment with an MBA qualification to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in industrial air compressor systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the air compressor sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for air compressors, dryers, and accessories
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners
• Analyze sales performance, prepare forecasts, and manage budgets
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to deliver customer solutions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management required)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–7 years of sales experience in industrial equipment
• Prior experience in air compressors or compressed air systems preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills

Pay: ₹16,219.28 - ₹35,355.03 per month
