The Senior Sales Executive will manage inbound customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed holiday bookings. This role requires prior B2C sales experience and strong communication skills.
Travel industry experience is not mandatory. Candidates from any B2C sales background will receive structured training on destinations, products, and internal systems.
1 to 3 years of B2C sales experience in any industry
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with targets and follow ups
Handle customer enquiries through calls and digital channels
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options
Maintain timely follow ups and CRM updates
Achieve assigned sales targets
Clear and confident communication
