Role Overview — Travel Sales Consultant

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Travel Consultants with 6 months to 1 year of experience in selling international holiday packages. Freshers with a passion for travel and strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel needs and recommend tailored international travel packages.

• Sell packages to destinations such as Thailand, Singapore, Maldives, Dubai, Switzerland, Veitnam, Bali, and more.

• Deliver excellent post-sale service and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Stay updated with global travel trends, visa processes, pricing, and seasonal offerings.

• Customize itineraries based on budget, preferences, and travel style.

• Coordinate with operations and backend teams to ensure smooth booking and execution.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in selling international holiday packages (B2C or B2B).

• Freshers with a keen interest in travel and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge or interest in international destinations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for travel, customer focus, and high attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
