Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Kolkata. The role involves assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, providing expert travel advice, and delivering high-quality customer service. The consultant will manage reservations, handle travel inquiries, customize travel packages, and ensure exceptional client experiences across diverse destinations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and crafting unique travel experiences
• Skills in organizing Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning of Kolkata specially for inbound sales and booking
• Proficiency in Customer Service and responding to travel inquiries effectively
• Experience in managing bookings and Reservations for diverse travel plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the tourism market in West Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan, Andaman, and Northeast India is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
