Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with strong experience in accounting operations, preferably in an automobile dealership environment. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and journal entries
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Manage receivables, payables, and vehicle loan reconciliations
• Monitor dealer funding (floor plan), bank payments, and collections
• File GST, TDS returns; handle compliance and audits
• Track vehicle, service, and spare part profitability
• Ensure proper inventory accounting and reconciliation
• Coordinate with sales, service, and OEM teams for accurate postings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
