Job description Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with strong experience in accounting operations, preferably in an automobile dealership environment. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting internal departments. Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and journal entries Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports Manage receivables, payables, and vehicle loan reconciliations Monitor dealer funding (floor plan), bank payments, and collections File GST, TDS returns; handle compliance and audits Track vehicle, service, and spare part profitability Ensure proper inventory accounting and reconciliation Coordinate with sales, service, and OEM teams for accurate postings Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
