Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Address and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.

1. Sales and Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the stores product range, including features, benefits, and promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends and stock levels to advise customers effectively.

1. Store Presentation:

• Ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
• Assist with merchandising and restocking items as needed.

1. Sales Targets:

• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

1. Cash Handling:

• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Manage returns and exchanges according to store policies.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to create a positive work environment.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
