As a Sales Consultant at our company, your role will involve interacting with customers in a customer-focused manner to deliver an exceptional experience while meeting sales goals. You will be passionate about automobiles and eager to recommend suitable VinFast electric vehicles to potential customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage with customers both in the showroom and online inquiries. - Understand customer needs to recommend suitable VinFast electric vehicles. - Conduct product demonstrations and test drives. - Provide detailed information on pricing, features, and financing options. - Keep up-to-date knowledge of VinFast products and industry trends. - Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates. - Cultivate long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business. - Meet monthly sales targets and collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales or customer service roles. - Passion for automobiles and knowledge of electric vehicles is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Willingness to learn about VinFast products and industry trends.
