Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Lead end-to-end research projects, including methodology design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights for business, product, or policy teams.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and research methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business, marketing) to ensure research is aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building research best practices.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Publish high-quality reports, white papers, or presentations when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python, SPSS, Stata, or similar).
• Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making through research-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (Economics, Social Sciences, Data Science, Engineering, or related).
• 6–12 years of experience in research roles, with proven impact on projects or strategy.
• Experience with both academic-style and applied/industry research.
• Track record of publishing high-quality research or delivering strategic insights.
