Role & responsibilities

GlobalDatas Healthcare-Pharma/Medical team is looking to hire Senior Researchers/Associate Analysts. The position contributes to develop drug/clinicals/MedTech intelligence on various therapy area which includes the coverage of chemical/ biological drugs, regulatory, clinical trials, drug sales & forecast, drug manufacturers, patents, biomarkers, investigator information etc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting extensive Secondary Research
• Strong interest in research and familiarity with global pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with databases, international research sources and content
• Ability to search methodically from a range of publicly available sources
• Knowledge of drug discovery & development, clinical trials process for novel or generic drugs
• Knowledge on regulatory governing bodies for drugs/ therapeutics
• Capability to adapt to different domains based on requirements
• Knowledge of regulatory pricing frameworks and coverage policies across different markets will be an added advantage
• Interpret and analyze pricing data from multiple regulatory sources

Preferred candidate profile

• Proactive attitude with strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
• High attention to detail, self-motivated, with ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with the team
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
• Strong analytical skills including proficiency in MS Access and database management
• Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharma domain knowledge with understanding of industry dynamics
• Basic coding knowledge in SQL and Python will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Numerical and mathematical skills for pricing calculations and cost analysis
