Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives across priority areas – from framing hypotheses to delivering actionable insights.
• Develop robust research frameworks, methodologies, and tools aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align research with strategic objectives.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into compelling narratives and decision-driving reports.
• Stay ahead of global trends, market shifts, and sectoral innovations to inform and future-proof projects.
• Mentor junior researchers and ensure high standards in project execution and knowledge delivery.
• Present findings to senior leadership, clients, or partners with clarity and strategic depth.

What You Bring

• 6–10 years of experience in research, analysis, or consulting roles.
• Expertise in primary and secondary research methodologies, with a strong grounding in data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple domains or deep experience in a particular vertical.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills – you make complex insights easy to act upon.
• Strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Economics, Business, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or qualitative analysis platforms.
