Job Summary:

Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and activate

  insurance agents/advisors

  for health insurance product sales.
• Drive business through the agency network by ensuring regular engagement, support, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct

  product trainings

  ,

  sales pitches

  , and joint fieldwork to support agents in achieving their targets.
• Track and ensure compliance of all agents with

  IRDAI guidelines

  and company processes.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per organizational goals.
• Act as a point of contact for all agent queries and policy servicing issues.
• Maintain regular MIS and reporting related to sales, activation, and agent productivity.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (operations, underwriting, claims) to support post-sale processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum

  2 years

  of

  health insurance sales experience

  in the

  agency or broking channel

• Strong network of existing health insurance agents (preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline;

  MBA preferred

• Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and health product landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
