As a Car Sales Team Leader at our dealership, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing team of sales professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of car sales executives to exceed sales targets. - Set and monitor individual and team goals using KPIs. - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. - Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations. - Maintain high standards of customer service and dealership representation. - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to ensure the right stock mix. - Work with the marketing team to plan and execute local promotional campaigns. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
