The role focuses on sourcing highquality proposals, conducting robust financial assessment, and building a profitable, lowdelinquency portfolio in the Thane and Goregaon markets. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and expand a strong DSA / connector network to source SME customers for Working Capital and LAP products. Originate cases for CC/OD, WCDL, term loans, bill discounting, and LAP, ensuring alignment with internal credit and risk parameters. Analyse customer financials, bank statements, GST returns, and collateral to assess creditworthiness and structure appropriate facilities. Prepare detailed credit proposals and coordinate closely with credit, risk, legal, and operations teams from login to sanction, documentation, and disbursement. Manage endtoend client relationships, including renewals, limit enhancements, utilisation monitoring, and crosssell of relevant products. Monitor portfolio quality, track early warning signals, and work with collections teams to minimise delinquencies and NPAs. Stay updated on market conditions, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Aditya Birla Capitals SME products effectively. Candidate Profile Strong conceptual understanding of financial products: Mortgage, LAP, Home Loans, and Working Capital finance. 37 years of relevant experience in SME lending / business loans / LAP / working capital , preferably with exposure to the DSA or openmarket channel. Educational background: B.Com, MBA, or CA preferred (Graduation is mandatory). Demonstrated ability to handle mid to highticket transactions (up to approximately 10 Crore) and manage intermediary relationships. Strong financialanalysis skills with the ability to interpret balance sheets, P&L, cash flows, and banking behaviour. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipmanagement skills; high level of ownership and target orientation. Comfortable with a fieldintensive role across Thane and Goregaon. Compensation Relationship Manager: CTC typically offered up to 9.5 LPA , depending on current CTC, experience, and fit.
