The charter for this role will include: Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Answer customer queries Process POS (point of sale) purchases Go the extra mile” to drive sales Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers Ideal Persona: Taught IELTS or PTE for at least 6 months Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Track record of over-achieving sales quota Hands-on experience with POS transactions Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably BA/MA in English Perquisite for this role will include: 4 hours of online demo sessions; 6 days a week. ( 5:00PM – 10:00PM, or 6:00PM – 11:00PM) Interact with students, get them enrolled & start their teaching journey
About the role: As an Education Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their international educational journey. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding students academic aspirations, providing personalised counselling to them and recommending suitable educational pathways. The charter for this role will include: 1. Conduct online telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students interested in studying abroad, assessing their academic background, interests, and career goals. 2. Guide students on selecting appropriate courses based on their profile, academic achievements, and interests. 3. Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs that align with their academic and personal interests. 4. Provide personalised guidance and support to students throughout the application process, including preparing and filing applications accurately and efficiently. 5. Offer comprehensive assistance and advice on the visa process, guiding students through the required documentation and application procedures. 6. Participate actively in educational activities such as exhibitions, fairs, and events to promote study abroad opportunities and engage with prospective students. Ideal Persona would: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds. 2. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with students' needs and aspirations and build rapport effectively.
