Education Coach

Role Overview: As an Education Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their international educational journey. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding students" academic aspirations, providing personalized counseling to them, and recommending suitable educational pathways. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct online telephonic and virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad, assessing their academic background, interests, and career goals. - Guide students on selecting appropriate courses based on their profile, academic achievements, and interests. - Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs that align with their academic and personal interests. - Provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout the application process, including preparing and filing applications accurately and efficiently. - Offer comprehensive assistance and advice on the visa process, guiding students through the required documentation and application procedures. - Participate actively in educational activities such as exhibitions, fairs, and events to promote study abroad opportunities and engage with prospective students. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds. - Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with students" needs and aspirations and build rapport effectively. Additional Company Details: The work location for this role is in Jaipur with work timings from 10 AM to 7 PM. It is a full-time, permanent position with 6 days of working and Sunday fixed off.
