Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Prayagraj. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting company products and services. Daily tasks will include engaging with clients, coordinating with internal teams to address client needs, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring the delivery of tailored insurance solutions. The role also involves achieving revenue targets, driving growth, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-management skills, including client engagement and retention, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, business development, and the ability to identify and act upon new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including retail, corporate, and reinsurance solutions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with technological trends in the insurance industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous.
