Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Prayagraj. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes tasks such as monitoring sales performance, developing and implementing strategic plans, training employees, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
