Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Neem Ka Thana for a Senior Business Relationship Manager. The Senior Business Relationship Manager will manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders, oversee loan application processes, and ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and implementing strategic client engagement plans, providing advisory services, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to identify business opportunities and enhance client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and advisory skills
• Experience in loan processing and financial documentation
• Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
