Location: Remote

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Melbourne time)

Reporting to: Leadership Team

Commission & Incentives: Paid in AUD

Post-Probation Growth: salary hike based on performance

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Delivery

  • Proactively source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across active and forecasted roles
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to Australian labour market needs
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess skills, experience, and job readiness
  • Prepare and submit shortlists that are commercially aligned and employer-ready
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and placement processes end-to-end
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date candidate records within the CRM
  • Develop long-term candidate relationships to support repeat and future hiring needs

Employer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support employer engagement through job briefings, requirement clarification, and market insights
  • Participate in employer conversations as required, particularly during role scoping and shortlisting stages
  • Assist in converting hiring discussions into active recruitment mandates
  • Maintain professional relationships with Australian employers to support ongoing recruitment activity
  • Contribute to account management and repeat business through consistent delivery quality

Process, Systems & Compliance

  • Utilise CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows
  • Ensure all recruitment activity meets compliance, data protection, and documentation standards
  • Maintain strong process disciplineaccurate records, timely updates, and transparent reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies and delivery outcomes
