As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Zoronix, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing world-class recruiting programs to enhance our Engineering teams' hiring practices. Your focus will be on attracting and hiring individuals who excel in an inclusive, collaborative, and high-growth environment. Working closely with executives and colleagues, you will develop robust hiring strategies and contribute to expanding our professional candidate pipeline. **Responsibilities:** - Manage the end-to-end Recruitment cycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, process compliance, and MIS - Collaborate with senior leadership stakeholders to meet engineering hiring goals - Offer expert advice on sourcing, talent insights, recruiting, and closing top technical talent - Partner with the Recruiting team to devise and execute recruiting strategies for diversifying the talent pipeline - Identify and cultivate relationships with potential candidates through research, networking, and internal sources - Engage with candidates, conduct assessments, and facilitate the interview process - Establish talent networks in technical sectors and leverage industry sources to build a candidate pool - Conduct thorough interviews, facilitate debriefs, conduct reference checks, and negotiate employment offers **Required Qualifications:** - 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting - Proficiency in developing and executing recruitment strategies and plans - Demonstrated ability to create and implement recruiting roadmaps, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management - Expertise in candidate generation and technical sourcing, including advanced internet search techniques - Strong data literacy skills for optimizing workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Please note that the job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and the recruiting is managed by the HR Manager at Zoronix.
