We work with global clients across financial services, healthcare, and real estate domains. To support our expansion, we are hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter who can lead hiring efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies.

Role Overview

The Senior Recruiter will independently manage full-cycle hiring for mid–senior level technical roles, mentor junior recruiters, and work closely with leadership to close high-priority positions. This is a high-impact role requiring strong sourcing skills, negotiation capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Technical Recruitment

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for roles across Salesforce, Java, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, and other IT verticals.
  • Perform advanced sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, networking, and headhunting.
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical fit, stability, communication, and cultural alignment.
  • Conduct detailed screening calls, competency checks, and expectation mapping.

2. Offer & Negotiation Management

  • Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and candidate closures.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to reduce dropouts or last-minute backouts.
  • Ensure smooth coordination until onboarding is completed.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with delivery teams, project managers, and leadership to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide weekly hiring dashboards, candidate funnels, and progress updates.
  • Prioritize urgent and niche positions based on business needs.

4. Team Guidance & Process Management

  • Mentor junior recruiters and monitor their sourcing and screening activities.
  • Improve hiring processes, templates, and evaluation methods.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and talent pipelines.

5. Talent Strategy & Branding

  • Build talent pools for upcoming requirements.
  • Support employer branding efforts through job posts, campaigns, and networking.
  • Represent Scorpiosys professionally in all candidate engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT recruitment.
  • Strong experience hiring Salesforce, Java, Cloud, DevOps, and niche technology talent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to close critical and high-volume requirements under tight timelines.
  • Skilled at using job portals, ATS tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
