Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Noida and Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in corporate hiring, with a proven track record of closing niche and leadership roles.
Roles and Responsibility

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role objectives.

Build tailored sourcing strategies to target high-caliber candidates from top-tier institutes and industry leaders.

Proactively source passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, X-ray search, Boolean logic, referrals, and competitive intelligence.

Conduct intelligent screening and behavioral interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, business acumen, and culture fit.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, assessment coordination, stakeholder updates, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.

Track hiring metrics to ensure time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience benchmarks are met or exceeded.

Job

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.

5-8 years of corporate hiring experience with a proven track record of closing niche and leadership roles.

Experience in fast-paced industries such as IT services, consulting, or product/start-up ecosystems.

Deep understanding of sourcing strategy, candidate psychology, and recruitment analytics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.).
