Develop and implement strategies to engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and nurture them towards conversion. 4. Collaborate with marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions using designated tools. 6. Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities, including progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. 7. Participate in comprehensive training programs covering financial planning, wealth management, and business development best practices. - Job description Role & responsibilities :- - Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones and hence build AUM and AUA for the branch. - Conduct daily sales calling with prospective new clients and identify their needs. - Provide and develop solutions and suggest schemes to clients basis their requirements and goal. - Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones and hence build AUM and AUA for the branch. - Review and diversify existing client portfolio on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly. -Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product line (Mutual Fund, Insurance, PMS, AIF, Unlisted shares etc.). -Update and cross sell products to existing clients and update them about the primary and secondary market trends. -Update self-regarding all schemes, products and solutions by regularly attending trainings. -Share regular communications with client regarding information, research and material of the organization. -Conduct regular marketing activities with the regional marketing and product team by showcasing our products and features and generate leads. Knowledge: Preferred candidate profile :- -NISM 8 Certified Mandatory -Graduate / Post graduate -Should have sound understanding of Capital markets, -Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills. -Should be minimum 1 years of relevant experience -Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
