Job Description

Lead US IT Recruiter Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of
US IT Recruiters
, ensuring daily productivity and target achievement
Handle
end-to-end US IT recruitment
for Direct Client and Tier-1 vendor requirements
Work extensively on
W2 hiring
and complex, niche technology roles
Partner with
sales, account managers, and hiring managers
to understand requirements and priorities
Define and implement
sourcing strategies
to improve closures and reduce turnaround time (TAT)
Review and validate candidate profiles before submission to ensure quality and compliance
Drive
interview coordination, feedback management, and offer closures
Support team in
rate negotiation, salary discussion, and onboarding
Track recruiter performance, pipeline metrics, and weekly/monthly targets
Mentor, coach, and upskill recruiters on
US hiring processes, compliance, and best practices
Ensure adherence to
US recruitment policies, documentation, and compliance standards
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, candidates, and internal stakeholders
Prepare and share
daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
Act as an escalation point for
delivery challenges and client expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years
of US IT recruitment experience with
team leadership exposure
Strong experience with
Direct Client & Tier-1 vendor
hiring
Mandatory
W2 hiring expertise
; C2C knowledge is a plus
Excellent understanding of
US visas & work authorizations
Proven ability to
drive closures, manage teams, and meet SLAs
Strong
communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills
