Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure timely closures across ERP, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Testing, Support, Consulting, Sales, and Corporate roles.
Collaborate with delivery and business leaders for demand planning, prioritization, and hiring strategy.
Lead, mentor, and review performance of the recruiter team.
Drive effective sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and talent pipelines.
Manage interview coordination, feedback cycles, offers, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join, pipeline health) and implement process improvements.
Manage recruitment vendors and ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and turnaround compliance.
Maintain strong candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Key Skills

Strong exposure to IT services hiring and multi-skill recruitment.
Team leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
High ownership, discipline, and delivery orientation.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in HR/Business or related field.
8 to 12 years of IT recruitment experience with 3 to 5 years in a lead/manager role.
