Job Summary:

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Use various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, etc.) to identify and attract top talent.
  
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and status updates.
  
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
  
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  
• 4 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
  
• Proven track record of successful closures across levels and functions.
  
• Proficiency in ATS tools and job portals.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
