Job Title: Salesforce QA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking two experienced Offshore QA Engineers to join our Salesforce team. These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of all changes before they are deployed to our production environment. As QA gatekeepers, they will be responsible for comprehensive testing, documentation, and coordination with development teams to support high-quality, timely releases. Key Responsibilities: Serve as QA gatekeepers for all changes being promoted to the Production environment. Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce features, integrations, and customizations. Conduct regression, functional, and load/performance testing across environments. Collaborate closely with developers to understand the scope of changes and identify potential risk areas. Provide QA sign-off before changes are moved to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production. Participate in Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions from vendors for new project initiatives. Proactively gather requirements and test data to validate business-critical functionalities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, defects, and test cycles. Identify opportunities and implement test automation to optimize the QA process. Ensure timely defect tracking, reporting, and resolution in coordination with development teams. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance , preferably in Salesforce or CRM environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, customizations, and workflows . Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms. Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting. Proven ability to manage QA activities independently and proactively. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.) Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Load testing tools like JMeter or similar.
