What are we looking for in a candidate?

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science

   or equivalent technical qualification.

• 5+ years of relevant experience

   in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on 

  Automation and Manual Testing

  .
• Proven expertise in testing 

  Web-based and Mobile applications

   across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of 

  SDLC & STLC

   with experience in 

  end-to-end QA processes

   including requirements analysis, test strategy creation, and UAT.
• Hands-on experience in 

  designing, executing, and maintaining automated test frameworks

  .
• Proficiency with 

  automation tools

   such as 

  Cypress, Maestro, Selenium, Appium, and Mantis

  .
• Exposure to 

  AI-powered QA platforms

   like 

  Mabl, Functionize

  , or similar tools for intelligent test automation.
• Strong knowledge of 

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

   and scripting languages used in automation.
• Familiarity with 

  CI/CD pipelines

   (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud-based testing.
• Ability to mentor and guide 

  junior QA engineers

  , conduct reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
