You will be working as a UI/UX Designer at DXFactor, a US-based tech company with a global customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to transform software into user-friendly products for clients. This role will require you to gather user requirements, create graphic elements, and develop navigation components. To excel in this position, you must have proficiency in design software and wireframe tools. If you possess a portfolio showcasing professional design projects, particularly in web and mobile applications, we are eager to connect with you. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers and engineers to collect and assess user requirements, conceptualizing design ideas through storyboards and sitemaps, designing graphic user interface elements such as menus and tabs, constructing page navigation buttons and search fields, producing UI mockups and prototypes, creating original graphic designs like images and sketches, presenting drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, identifying and resolving UX issues, adjusting layouts based on user feedback, and ensuring adherence to style standards regarding fonts, colors, and images. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, a portfolio of design projects, familiarity with wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and InVision, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, strong team collaboration and communication skills, effective time-management abilities, and a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
