Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong coordination, budgeting, and leadership skills to manage designers, vendors, and contractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning:

  Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and design teams.

• Budget Management:

  Prepare project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within approved financial limits.

• Execution & Supervision:

  Oversee on-site work, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

• Client Communication:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

• Team Coordination:

  Work closely with designers, architects, procurement teams, and site supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Timeline Management:

  Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery of all project phases.

• Quality & Safety:

  Ensure compliance with safety standards, materials quality, and finishing requirements.

• Documentation:

  Maintain all project-related documentation, contracts, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing interior design or fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
