Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Manager, located in Dera Bassi. The Resident Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the site, coordinating with various departments, ensuring project timelines are met, and managing teams to ensure efficient workflow. The role also involves maintaining safety standards, troubleshooting operational issues, and liaising with clients to ensure project requirements are fulfilled. Qualifications Operational oversight, team management, and project coordination Experience in maintaining safety standards and troubleshooting issues Strong communication and client liaison skills Understanding of industrial engineering sectors such as power, steel, and material handling Proven track record in managing large-scale projects effectively Ability to work on-site and manage operations effectively in Dera Bassi Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field Past experience in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry is a plus
