Senior Project Manager

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in a full-stack environment (React, Flutter, Python, AWS)

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Proven ability to manage both web and mobile applications (React, Flutter)

Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and cloud deployments

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Zoho for task and project management

Solid understanding of software development practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experience with client-facing roles and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Coordinate and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to successful delivery

Lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects using React, Flutter, Python, and AWS

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define deliverables

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track

Team Management & Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication across development, design, and business teams

Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices for development, coding, and testing

Organize and run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project flow

Resolve any roadblocks, conflicts, or issues that arise during the project lifecycle

Risk & Issue Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Manage project scope, timelines, and budget effectively, ensuring no significant deviations

Provide regular status updates to senior management and key stakeholders

Quality Assurance & Delivery:

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions

Collaborate with QA teams to integrate testing into the development process and ensure code quality

Help manage deployment cycles, including cloud-based solutions and AWS infrastructure

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication

Provide updates and reporting to clients, ensuring their expectations are managed and met

Assist in gathering client feedback and translating it into actionable tasks for the development team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Infopark-Kochi, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT project management: 4 years (Required)
