Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for estimating the scope and scale of projects and creating detailed project plans. Your role will involve effectively removing impediments to enable the team to complete work within the defined project timelines. You will plan and sequence project schedules and activities using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project (MPP). Coordinating project and resource planning to ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Managing project deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards will be crucial. You will provide status updates through various reporting formats for the Business Technology Team (BTT), Business Operations, and internal stakeholders. Tailoring reporting formats to suit different audiences to ensure clarity and transparency will be essential. Communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectations are set correctly throughout the project lifecycle will also be part of your role. You will be expected to effectively manage changes in project scope, ensuring that changes are documented and tracked accurately. Coordinating and documenting technical deliverables and any associated changes, as well as handling Client Requests (CR), Change Orders (CO), and Purchase Orders (PO) are important ongoing project management activities. Following up with clients to ensure all project-related documentation and requirements are met will also be required. Additionally, tracking and coordinating multiple teams across various organizational initiatives, including staffing, performance assessments (PPA), and more will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in project management, especially in services-oriented environments, handling Time & Material (T&M) based projects. Expertise in project planning and resource management, with hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project (MPP), or similar, is essential. Strong ability to create and manage project schedules, including sequencing and resource allocation, will be required. Effective communication skills, both for internal team collaboration and external stakeholder management, are crucial. Experience with status reporting, managing project changes, and coordinating technical deliverables will also be necessary. Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and manage multiple projects or initiatives at once, along with knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools, will be key to success in this role.,
