Role Overview

Program Manager

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, governance, and execution across multiple business verticals including manufacturing, R&D, operations, and technology.
• Define program scope, deliverables, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between internal teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Implement and improve project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) to enhance efficiency and accountability.
• Develop dashboards, progress reports, and executive summaries for leadership reviews.
• Support expansion programs, new product rollouts, and manufacturing setup initiatives across regions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in

  program or project management

  within

  manufacturing, EV, automotive, or technology

  industries.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of

  program governance, supply chain operations, and manufacturing workflows.

• Proficiency in

  program management tools

  such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a

  dynamic, multicultural, and global work environment.
