Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of events. This role demands strong leadership, technical know-how, and exceptional coordination skills to ensure each event runs seamlessly, stays within budget, and exceeds client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Event Planning & Logistics 

• Lead planning and execution of on ground and virtual events 
• Develop detailed production timelines, layouts, and schedules 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event elements are aligned 

🔹 Vendor Management 

• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers 
• Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency 

🔹 Technical Coordination 

• Supervise all technical aspects including AV, lighting, stage setups, and other production elements 
• Liaise with technical teams for rehearsals and live execution 

🔹 Budget Management 

• Prepare and manage event budgets 
• Track expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality 

🔹 Client Communication 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process 
• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction 

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in event production/operations 
• Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multiple stakeholders 
• Strong understanding of technical production elements 
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required
