With a track record of delivering innovative and impactful events, we’re looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead and execute flawless event productions from ideation to execution. Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of events. This role demands strong leadership, technical know-how, and exceptional coordination skills to ensure each event runs seamlessly, stays within budget, and exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Event Planning & Logistics Lead planning and execution of on ground and virtual events Develop detailed production timelines, layouts, and schedules Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event elements are aligned 🔹 Vendor Management Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency 🔹 Technical Coordination Supervise all technical aspects including AV, lighting, stage setups, and other production elements Liaise with technical teams for rehearsals and live execution 🔹 Budget Management Prepare and manage event budgets Track expenses and ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality 🔹 Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction Key Requirements: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in event production/operations Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multiple stakeholders Strong understanding of technical production elements Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required Why Join Us?
