Sr. Client Servicing Executive (Event Manager)

As a Client Servicing Executive (Event Manager) at Eventive Communications, a leading corporate event solution company based in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of a wide range of events. Your responsibilities will include handling special projects and events of all sizes, from end to end, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. In this full-time on-site role, you will be tasked with capturing and understanding event briefs, conceptualizing events, creating and delivering presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to negotiate with clients, close deals, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams will be essential to your success in this position. Collaboration with the Operations and Creative teams will be key as you work together to deliver flawless and memorable events that meet and exceed clients" expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating new business from existing accounts, meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets, and identifying potential brand partnerships for various projects. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, client relations, and account management, preferably within the event industry. A degree in Marketing, Event Management, Media, Entertainment, Mass Communication, or Advertising will be advantageous.
