We're Hiring: Client Servicing Manager – Events & Experiential

About the Role 

As a Client Servicing Lead, you'll be the strategic bridge between our clients and our creative & production teams. We're looking for someone with deep exposure to corporate events, experiential or MICE, and conferences — both large and intimate in scale — who can bring energy, vision, and precision to every project.

 What You'll Do  

- Own end-to-end client relationships across corporate and MICE portfolios  

- Translate briefs into impactful event concepts with internal teams  

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and pitches  

- Ensure flawless execution with strong attention to event health & feedback  

- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts  

- Stay ahead of event trends and tech integrations  

- Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to ensure seamless delivery  

 What You Bring  

- Minimum 5 years in client servicing within an event agency or experiential marketing firm  

- Proven experience managing corporate events, conferences, offsites, and/or MICE projects  

- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills  

- Sharp commercial acumen and analytical thinking  

- Passion for innovation and quality in every event  

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and lead client conversations independently  

- A keen eye on trends in brand experiences and event technology
