Client Servicing Manager (Event Manager)

As a Client Servicing Manager at Eventive, you will play a crucial role as the face of the company to corporate HR and marketing clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing relationships with key accounts, ensuring the successful execution of various events, and driving account growth while maintaining profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Own relationships with HR & marketing leaders at 24 key accounts. - Manage the scope, budget, and delivery of various events such as annual days, conferences, award nights, launches, employee celebrations, and branding events from start to finish. - Coordinate with creative, design, production, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. - Monitor timelines, budgets, approvals, and on-site event execution. - Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling new formats and services to clients. - Provide post-event reports and insights. - Maintain clear, timely, and structured communication with clients. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Client satisfaction & retention. - Account growth through upsells/cross-sells. - Margin protection by managing budget vs. actual expenses. - On-time delivery of project milestones. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client servicing within event/experiential agencies. - Experience in handling large corporate events with more than 2,000 employees is preferred. - Strong business acumen with a focus on financial and commercial aspects. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
