Role Overview: As a Client Servicing Executive (Event Manager) at Eventive Communications based in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, conceptualizing events, delivering presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling special events, developing new business relationships, negotiating deals, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring flawless event execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage special projects and events end-to-end, ranging from small to large formats - Develop new business relationships within client organizations and generate new business from existing accounts - Understand clients" requirements, project briefs, and event objectives - Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively - Act as a bridge between clients and the Operations & Creative teams - Ensure prompt and systematic servicing of all business inquiries - Oversee activities from lead generation to post-event summary/report for flawless event delivery - Collaborate with Client Servicing, Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business - Provide mood boards based on the event theme and share creative briefs with the creative team - Meet monthly/quarterly/annual targets and make empowered business decisions - Identify and analyze brands for partnerships, understand competition, and stay updated on current trends Qualification Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in the event industry - Graduation/Post Graduation Degree in Marketing/Event Management/Media/Entertainment/Mass Communication/Advertising preferred - Skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management - Experience in event conceptualization and delivering presentations - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Strong organizational and time-management skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
